The customer

Eurobank, Greece’s third-largest Financial Services Group, is nearly two years into an ambitious holistic digital transformation that includes also the plan for an innovative customer-facing services website that will be linked to various new ways of working and provide a new tailored customer experience.


The Challenge

Eurobank identified the need to create a corporate website with the objective to offer each user a personalized experience and customized services that will improve their daily interactions with the bank. Also, their aim is to increase efficiency, deliver a better offering for the market, empower staff with up-to-date access into the bank’s real-time performance and overall to significantly improve the customer experience, providing different customer journeys based on each user’s needs.


The Solution

A new, fresh and modern website with an easy and intuitive navigation on modern operational terms that would operate in a Platform-as-a-Service was the ask. So, Eurobank invited BlueStream Solutions to support the migration of its workloads to Azure by Microsoft, the preferred Cloud platform.


The Outcome

With less than 9 hour down-time, BlueStream managed to move the enriched website’s capabilities to the Microsoft Cloud and ensure a back-end fast transfer and a front-end seamless experience. The team managed to achieve:

  • An operational self-sustainability by improving the company’s agility.
